RECONSTRUCTION OF KYIV OBLAST

At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Kyiv Oblast faced active hostilities and mass shelling. Hundreds of thousands of the oblast’s residents were forced to leave their homes, and those who remained faced power, water, and heating issues. After the de-occupation, Ukrainian energy workers were able to restore power to the people in a month and a half, but in October, Russia began deliberately targeting energy infrastructure, and hundreds of thousands of people again found themselves on the brink of a humanitarian disaster.

Ukrainian energy workers can restore power, but, unfortunately, endless destruction has exhausted their supplies of equipment, so they need help. Energy workers have a ready-made plan to restore the power grid of Kyiv Oblast, but they need equipment to do it.
